A day in which we will explore various ways in which we can create our own nature reserves in our back gardens, patios and balconies.
Programme:
11.00 Hall opens
11.30am Talk on British Amphibians by Ecologist and Conservationist Rod d’Ayala, who has been working in Oxfordshire for the last 30 years and is interested in a wide range of species, followed by an opportunity to ask questions
1.30pm Plant Bug session with Entomologist and promoter of wildlife friendly gardening Dr Ian Bedford. Interactive discussion around the insects we find on our garden plants and an opportunity to ask questions. Ian will have some wildlife friendly products available for sale.
3.00 pm Question & Answer session with Dr Ian Bedford and Rod d’Ayala
4.00pm Event closes
