Talk on Cottage Cures and Superstitions by Andrew Sankey.  An amusing talk by Andrew on various plants, their uses, supposedly medicinal properties and connected superstitions.  Find out why folk swallowed live spiders or rolled in beds of nettles!

Refreshments available and raffle held.  Visitors £2, members free.
